Michael earned his Undergraduate Degree in Biology from Vanderbilt University and his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. He's worked with a wide variety of populations, ranging from people with neurological disorders to orthopaedic injuries.
His passion for golf has led him to develop programs that treat golf related injuries to golf specific conditioning programs for both amateur and professional golfers. Michael is the only TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Level 3 Certified Medical Professional, who is also a scratch golfer, on the Treasure Coast. Michael is also a founding board member of the Indian River Golf Foundation and enjoys helping golfers of all abilities, achieve their potential.
Michael has completed continuing education courses in geriatric orthopaedics, foot biomechanics, manual therapy and myofascial release techniques to enhance his knowledge of the physical therapy profession. He's currently pursuing his certification in orthopaedic manual therapy. In his free time, Michael enjoys relaxing with his family and playing golf.

Shannon Hauser, MPT
Shannon earned her Undergraduate Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Florida and her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. While at the University of Florida, she specialized in Athletic Training which required more than 1500 hours of evaluating and treating sports related injuries. She worked in the University of Florida training room and with local high schools. She completed her athletic training internship with the Orlando Predators.
Shannon has enjoyed working with all ages including pediatrics. She spent two years developing a therapeutic horseback riding program for children with disabilities on the Navajo Reservation in Shiprock, NM. She's completed continuing education in positioning treatments for BPPV, manual therapy, cupping and geriatric therapeutic exercise. In her free time, Shannon enjoys spending her day at the beach and being with her family.

Zane Pitzer, DPT
Zane graduated from University of New Orleans with a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences and earned his DPT from the University of St. Augustine in August 2019. He played baseball at University of New Orleans where he decided to pursue a career in physical therapy after rehabbing in the athletic training room for various minor injuries.
Originally from Ohio, Zane moved to Florida for physical therapy school and decided to stay here to start his career. He has several interests including orthopedic and vestibular rehabiliation, and hopes to take continuing education courses in those fields. In his free time, Zane enjoys surfing, spearfishing, and staying active by playing various sports.

Pamela Nadeau-Morin, MSPT, CHT
Pamela graduated Suma Cum Laude from Saint Anselm College in 1992 with her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then attended University of Massachusetts - Lowell and graduated Suma Cum Laude with her Masters of Health Science in Physical Therapy in 1994. She has over 25 of experience with shoulders, elbows and hands. She has been a certified Hand Therapist since 2009.
Lindsey Coffey, PTA
Lindsey is a graduate of Indian River State College. She earned her Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy Assistant. Lindsey enjoys working in the outpatient setting. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her daughters, working out and traveling.
Doreen Mandarino, PTA
Doreen is a graduate of Indian River State College. She earned her Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy Assistant, as well as her Associate of Science degree in Health Information Technology. Doreen also attended SUNY in Westbury, NY where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She is extremely passionate about health, fitness and her family. In her spare time she enjoys exercising, traveling, anything active, and spending time with her familiy, friends and pets. Doreen and her husband are very involved in volunteering and supporting their daughter's school. She enjoys meeting new people and is very excited to be at Back In Form.
Melanie Moore, Receptionist / Office Manager
Melanie has a background in home health and is a native of Vero Beach. At Back in Form, she especially enjoys meeting and getting to know patients, and then helping solve problems. A graduate of Vero Beach High School, Melanie attended Indian River Community College. She enjoys golfing, kayaking and singing in the church choir.
