How long and how many times a week is a program?

Sessions are anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes. Your number of sessions depends on your diagnosis but the duration is typically 2-3xs/wk for 4 wks.

What do I wear to therapy?

Comfortable clothing and tennis shoes or sportswear and tennis shoes.

How much are your fees and do you take insurance?

Your fee depends on the kinds of services you request. Medicare Assignment and most insurances accepted. Credit Cards are welcome and convenient payment plans are available to fit your needs.
