Shannon and the team at Back in Form are the best! They did a superb job addressing different issues for my wife and me. They are incredibly professional. Back In Form takes Physical Therapy to another level. I recommend them to everyone.

Fortunately, when I was diagnosed with a severe stiff neck and, subsequently, with a frozen shoulder, I was able to obtain my physical therapy with Back in Form Physical Therapy. Their careful pinpointing of my physical issues was followed by a detailed, rigorous set of exercises, including home workouts, that alleviated my neck pain and freed up my shoulder, so I was 100% recovered. I loved their setting, professional approach, painstaking attention to detail and caring client focus. If necessary, I plan to return!

I had surgery for 2 meniscus tears and started therapy with Back in Form a couple of days later. I mainly worked with Lindsay, although Michael saw me initially and Shannon spent a session with me. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. I felt like my therapy was geared to me personally, instead of a “by the book” approach. I was given exercises to do on my days off, which were increased as the knee progressed. After 4 weeks from the surgery date, I was playing golf again. I would highly recommend Back in Form!
